1. If I order the download version on a Saturday morning, when can I expect to receive my email link?

At the very latest, I would send it out on the following Monday. Realistically, it would probably also be within 24 hrs, but I have to have at least the illusion that I'll take some weekends off.

2. I accidentally added some comments to a journal entry. Now when I try to delete them I get an error. What can I do?

On the edit form, find the entry you want to change. On the right side of the form, put a period (.) into the Comments block. This will erase your previous comments.

3. I added some comments to a journal entry but now I'd like to add more comments to the same entry without retyping everything. Is that possible?

On the edit form, find the entry you want to change. On the left side of the screen, highlight your comments using your mouse, then press Ctl-C. Now click in the Comments box on the right side of the screen and press Ctl-V. Your comments should be entered and you can now add more comments or edit what's already there.

4. Will Symptom Tracker for MS run on my MAC computer?

No, this program is based on MS Access 2007. Microsoft never wrote a version of MS Access that would run on MAC computers. It's possible that you could install and load this software if you have Windows emulation software loaded. Before you make a purchase, try visiting the Microsoft website and install the MS Access 2007 runtime. If that installs, you should be able to run Symptom Tracker for MS.
